About This Blog

The purpose of this blog is to create a prototype for the normal operation of a call center in the highest form. I want the Philippines to be the outsourcing destination of any country whose form of communication is in English. I want every person in this industry to say loudly, “We do it best in the Philippines.” I want every call center sited in the Philippines to occupy the upper ten percent of the rank when it comes to vendor ranking in any place in the world. I want every call center in the Philippines to be the model or reference when it comes to “quality operations” to every start up call center both local and abroad.
